1. Package prices
Prices are in Vietnamese dong and include VAT. The table below reflects the Vietnamese source; check the packages currently available and their terms in the application before creating an order. Minute-specific terms concern Dịch Trực Tuyến; other services follow a separate quote or agreement.

2. Usage and validity
Speech minutes are shared across translation directions, not separate allowances and not equivalent to meeting duration. Speech time is measured in each direction and accumulated; simultaneous speech in both directions adds both amounts. Intervals without recorded speech do not count. Consumption also depends on the selected mode and displayed package conditions. Successful subtitles with failed voice output may still consume minutes; request fault review under the delivery policy. Each purchase has its own 30-day expiry from payment confirmation and crediting; buying more does not extend old minutes, which expire unused. Check the minute wallet.
3. Price recorded on an order
Before buying, check price, minutes and validity. The order records the package price and conditions when created; pay exactly the amount within its deadline. If the application asks you to reselect because terms changed, read the new terms first. Any fee charged by your bank follows its tariff and is not the package price. Unpriced modes or services require discussion; the minute table alone does not grant access.
4. Other services
Consulting, implementation and custom-service prices are stated in a separate quote or agreement covering scope, tax, payments and schedule. Minute-package prices do not apply to those services.
5. Service-fault refunds
For accepted faults, unit refund value is the amount paid for that package divided by its total minutes. Multiply by accepted affected minutes and issue the corresponding downward invoice adjustment. Affected minutes already consumed are reconciled separately. Initial response and estimated refund timing are described in the delivery and refund policy.
