How it works
Two directions of interpretation run side by side in one meeting
Your Vietnamese team opens a translation room in the browser and shares their microphone and the meeting audio with it. Interpretation runs on Vietnam Digital Velocity servers, whether you meet on Teams, Zoom, Google Meet or Slack.

Vietnamese subtitles appear only on your Vietnamese team's screen. They are never read out into the meeting.

Translation too casual for a client?
Your Vietnamese team picks the register: polite phrasing for client meetings, including Japanese honorifics.
A key number slips when spoken?
They can type the sentence into the fallback box and it is read out to you word for word, in your language. Good for prices, delivery dates and agreed conclusions.
Need to review the conversation?
A bilingual transcript lets you compare original speech and translation; meeting-minutes generation (MoM) is not available yet.

Where meeting data goes
- Audio is processed in memory for translation and then discarded. It is never stored.
- The bilingual text transcript is kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically. The room owner can change the number of days or delete it early, and only the room owner can download it.
- The translated voice is a machine voice, so mention it at the start of the meeting.

- A recent Chrome or Edge on the Vietnamese host's computer. No software of ours to install

- Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Slack or any meeting app that lets you choose the microphone
- Recommended
- The VB-Audio Virtual Cable virtual microphone (installed by the host), so you hear the translated voice right in the meeting
- Connection
- Stable internet for the whole meeting
How quickly do subtitles appear?
Subtitles are expected after the speaker completes a sentence. Live pricing has not been announced; contact us for information.
How are wallet minutes counted?
Packages share one speech-minute wallet, rather than billing by meeting duration. Each purchase has its own 30-day validity; buying more does not extend older minutes.
Do the prices include VAT?
Prices include VAT. Review package and invoice information in the app before paying.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You join the meeting as usual and hear the translated voice in it, or open the room link and enter the passcode to read subtitles in your language.
Which languages are supported?
Vietnamese with English, Japanese and Chinese. The host picks your language before the meeting.
Does it work with Zoom, Google Meet and Slack?
Yes. The translation room runs in the browser and takes the meeting audio the host shares, so it works with any meeting app. For you to hear the translated voice inside the meeting, the host installs the VB-Audio Virtual Cable virtual microphone and selects it as the microphone in the meeting app.
Can unused minutes be refunded?
Expired minutes are non-refundable. Refunds for service faults require admin approval; contact Vietnam Digital Velocity for review.
