Service conditions and limitations

1. Interpretation scope

Dịch Trực Tuyến supports Vietnamese with English, Japanese or Chinese through online rooms. Check languages, modes and available packages in the application before purchase. A language named on the landing page does not configure a room. Other services follow a separate quote or prior agreement.

2. Equipment and connection

The host needs an account, stable Internet, microphone and suitable desktop browser; recent Chrome or Edge is recommended. Capture and sharing depend on device, browser, OS and meeting software. Sending translated voice into the meeting may require a configured virtual microphone such as VB-Audio Virtual Cable. Test sources and output before use and ask support if unsure. A mobile-accessible landing page does not guarantee all room audio operations work on phones.

3. Content rights and access

Submit only content you may share for processing. Inform participants about machine translation and obtain required permission before sending their audio or content. External AI processing is necessary; read the privacy policy before sharing sensitive or specially protected data. Protect accounts, links and passcodes and invite authorized people only. Do not attack the system, grant unauthorized access or manipulate minute recording.

4. Translation limitations

Machine translation can be wrong, incomplete or delayed, especially with names, terminology, numbers, noise or overlapping speech. Confirm important information with the speaker before deciding or committing; subtitles are not the speaker’s confirmation. Subtitles may succeed while voice fails, and minutes may still be recorded; request a fault review under the delivery policy. Subtitles alone do not prove voice played. Packages do not promise automatic minutes, decisions or action lists after meetings. Third-party meeting tools have separate conditions; outcomes can differ by device, platform and connection.

5. Packages and incidents

Each purchase lasts 30 days from confirmed payment and crediting; new purchases do not extend earlier packages. Minutes are shared across directions and differ from elapsed meeting time. For faults, stop a problematic action when needed, note the time and contact the complaints channel. Other custom services follow their own agreed conditions.
