Scope and checks before payment

Minute terms apply to Dịch Trực Tuyến on this website and its application. Other services use the quote or agreement made before payment. Sign into the application, complete invoice details, choose an available minute package and check name, minutes, VAT-inclusive price and validity. Contacting Zalo or opening the application through Buy package does not itself create a payment obligation.

Transfer using the order details

Use the bank, account number, account holder, amount and order reference shown in your created order. Scan the displayed QR or enter details manually. Do not use another product’s account, unverified messages or an old policy document. This page does not publish a fixed account in place of the order. Do not pay an expired order or one whose payment details are unavailable.

Confirmation and reconciliation

The order updates once a matching transaction is received. Check purchase history and the minute wallet; a screenshot does not replace confirmed receipt. If payment is short, excessive, duplicated, unmatched, incorrectly referenced or made to an expired order, contact support with the order and bank transaction ID. Do not transfer again before checking history. Crediting or refund handling follows verification.

Invoice details and status

Provide correct buyer details before creating an order: name, tax code, address and receiving email as applicable. Contact support if an error is found after payment. Invoice processing can remain pending after minutes arrive; this does not require another purchase or payment. View status in the order and download the PDF when issued and available. Refresh or ask support if an invoice fails or no PDF appears.

Protect payment information

Never share bank passwords, OTPs or verification codes with consultants. Provide only necessary evidence and mask unrelated balances and transactions. Information follows the privacy policy; cancellation and refunds follow the delivery and refund policy.
