From repeated tasks to one content plan
Teams copy the same approved text to several channels, collect leads and paste advertising numbers into sheets. A shared content calendar records channel, scheduled time, assets, approval and publishing status so tasks do not depend on one person remembering them.
Draft, approve and publish
AI drafts text from the brief and approved source material. A person checks facts, tone, images and claims. Only approved items enter the publishing queue. Use official business-channel APIs and their permissions; do not automate personal-account actions through unofficial access. Record successful posts and failures to avoid duplicates when retrying.
Leads, email and reporting
Bring campaign leads into the shared sales record with deduplication and assigned owners. Schedule follow-ups only with the required consent and channel permissions; provide appropriate opt-out handling. Pull advertising spend and order data, calculate agreed metrics by rules and send a daily view. AI can explain calculated trends, not invent performance figures.
Illustrative scenarios and platform limits
Illustrative scenarios include scheduling approved posts, routing form leads and sending a morning campaign report, assuming valid channel permissions and available source data. They are not promised customer outcomes. Facebook Pages, Zalo OA and email have different quotas and rules; we confirm access before committing scope. Staff still handle strategy, creative judgement, complaints and ad-budget decisions.
Implementation and ownership
Begin with one channel and a small approved calendar. Test approval states, expired permissions, duplicate protection and failure alerts. Deliver the workflow, business-owned accounts, credentials handling and instructions. Existing tools can remain if they integrate; ongoing hosting, model usage and channel fees are separate from implementation.
